Where can I get a Euro Spec indash cd player for W202

Where can I get a Euro Spec indash single disk cd player for W202, I got a source with plenty in germany but I was wondering if anyone in the usa has a source that can get them, called my dealer for the one thats in my car the standard no cd player, just tape deck they wanted $1200 lucky I was sitting down, how difficult is it to convert a 1997 I sure its pre fiberoptic, he also has tones of 10 disk indash there the exact same other than a thin slot which I assume its for fiber optics, it looks like the connectors in my dash will work but there is no fiber optic cable can i still use this with out the fiber optic cable ?

the fm freqentie here in europe is differnt if i compaire these with us
example
we have here 90.90 mhz 102.20 mhz etc

us has when i bin correct 90.95mhz 102,25mhz
so probely radio reception could be bad
