Hi, just thought this might interesting...
My cousin has a C43 in Taiwan and is planning to put a Kleeman S/C on his car. So I went along and emailed the tech at Kleeman USA to find out the pricing info and the hp gains. I was curious at the fact that since they will use the same system as the CLK430
would the C43 still have the close to 20 hp power increase? Well the answer is NO. This is what they emailed me back.

Thank you for contacting KLEEMANN USA! The KLEEMANN kompressor system
will indeed work with your C43. Power output will be the same as the
CLK430 at 430 HP, 440 TQ. The differences between the C43 and CLK430
include different camshafts and a different ECU. Unfortunately, these
changes do not equate into higher output on the C43.
The KLEEMANN kompressor system can be purchased and installed at any
one of our authorized dealers. You can find a complete list of dealers
on our website at www.kleemannusa.com. Click on the contacts link, the
USA. Our kompressor system is priced at $11,000.00 plus installation.
Installation typically runs in the $1,500.00 range, depending on which
authorized dealer you choose. Please contact your nearest dealer for
an accurate installation quote. KLEEMANN offers a one-year, unlimited
mileage warranty on all KLEEMANN installed components.
