cluster questions

I have a 95 c280 with the old style cluster (with the 2 adjust knobs in the center )

I would like to replace it with the new style cluster ( with the buttons on the sides)

Can this be done? are the connectors the same? are the indicator lights the same? will it fit? ( i heard som issue about the cel position and obd2 stuff)

also, if you buy a new cluster, do you need to have the dealer set the mileage or is it automatically set by your cars computer?

Sorry but those two models are different and are not easily exchanged.
