    Smile Need part# for AMG Spark Plug cover

    I am in need of the part# for the black plastic spark-plug cover for a 1997 C36. It is the cover which has the AMG emblem stuck on.

    I think it was like around $160 or so. I know what you mean. Mine is thrashed too, hence why I wanted the part#, but damn, that's expensive.

    I am considering getting a used piece from another M104 car and just laying carbon fiber over it. Cheaper and it would give the engine a little more flash. Probably loose a couple of horsepower from removing the AMG logo though...

    LOL! yeah, maybe that's why my car is so slow...because my amg logo is chipped up and stuff

    Well, I thought the piece cost that much, but if a C43 cover costs only $100, maybe I was wrong. Hmmm.....maybe i'll pass by the dealer on the way home and confirm.

    It has the AMG sign on it.

    What you guys could do is to get a regular C280 cover and then put AMG badge over it.
