How to remove front bumper?

How to remove front bumper? i want install fog lamp by myself. anybody who khow howto remove it pls told me thank very much

you dont need to remove the bumper to install the fogs. just remove the plastic covers between the bumper and the wheelwell. it is being held in place by a few 10mm plastic nuts. that should give you more than enough space to install fogs, cold air intake or anything else you want to do.
