Scrathes in the tint.

Has anyone figured out how to stop the window scraper from making scratches in the tint.

I had my car tinted back in 2001 and now I can't see in the side mirrors with the windows up.

On another side the suggested using felt of something else to stop the scratches.

A friend of mine with an E430 had his car tinted the same time as mine and he had to have the windows redone about 4 months back.

Any suggestions any success stories anything.
