    bilstein part number

    Does anyone know the part numbers for the front and for the rear shocks on a '00 c230?

    On my 98 c230k, the bilstein part numbers are B36-1854 (front) and B36-1855 (rear), these are sport type shocks.

    Thanks, i didn't know... my stock shocks were longer in the rear. And the 1854's are longer than the 1855's so i wasn't sure, they didn't come with any directions.

    Compare the height while it's fully compressed... my stock shocks were also lower for fronts... if i remember correctly the part numbers were 202 323 21 00 (front), 202 323 14 00 (rear)... these stock shocks were also made by bilstein.
