I have a set of AMG style wheels that I got a few years back, I ran them on my 190e 2.6 for years....the size is 15x7 et25 .......with 205/55/15 all around, I always figured if I lowered the car the front would rub because they looked too wide. In a few months I am going to be looking at mid/late 90's C-Class (280 I think).....can I run these if I lower the car with H&R's or will I have the same problem? Are they to wide because of the offset? Excuse my ignorance but I don't understand offset because lots of you use et35 I figured that is more offset (wider). Please help.

ET25 is HUGE on a 190. im suprised those dont rub the way it is! Also, 205 55 16 is a very tall tire for our cars. If you are lowering, plan on getting 205 50 16s (i have a set for sale) or new wheels all together.
