Removing the head liner for screen install.

Hey guys, how are you all? I was wondering if someone could help me, ive got a 98 c200 its my first car and ive installed all the stereo myself, however ive come to a problem, i bought an alpine roof mounted screen and i am having heaps of trouble getting the head liner off to install the screen if anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
