One thing to check is the cabin filter under the front passenger dash. Might be some debris there. I had something similar sounding happen and there were some leaves trapped in there causing a whistling sound.
I'm hearing an on again, off again high pitched chirping sound from my A/C vents at mid level speeds. Seems to go away at high/low setting.
Any thoughts? Blower motor on the way out?
What am I hearing?
It's annoying.

Thanks, it's probably about time I changed it again anyway.
I get that sound only mine is fast...clack, clack, clack noise. I am pretty sure it's the blower.
Also on one setting of the control dial, the air blows like it's on high position and then some...

I used to get the chirps on long trips, which i'm assuming was from the motor getting hot. It sounds like a bearing on the blower motor as it varies depending on blower speed. However, it's starting to do it more often now. I'm going to pull out the blower motor and re-lube the bearings and such. I'll post again with the results.
