    Door Trim Panel removal???

    Hey guys,

I've got the interior center trim pieces done in CF by a budy of mine.(pics coming). For the 2nd batch he is going to do my door trim panels(the wood parts) and the long dash board trim piece. I need to remove these this week and have no idea...I pulled on them a bit but got scared.

That helped me very good! I used it to install felt on my tinted windows. Worked great!

Hmmm. I tried removing the door trim and gave up this weekend. The directions seem to be for the pre 98 doors.

I was getting tired and pissy so I didn't want to break anything pulling on stuff.

I removed the screw behind the SRS badge and the door lock pin but couldn't figure out where the other points were. Car is 98.

Did you remove the arm grip? There are two bolts there as well.

After all those are removed, then its held together by plastic push screws. They are fragile, so be careful wehn prying off the door panel. Also, you will need to unplug the seat controls (you'll see when the panel is off).

Thanks for coming to the rescue yet again!

I thought about the door handle as there is a seam where it looks to be removeable. So just pry on it and it should pop off???

    Picture of panel.

    NB-

In this pic, you have to pry off the arm cover to get to the screws. Then, pry the panel off gently.
