    Dubs finally arrived!

    Hey guys,

The 20's finally arrived after waiting since december

There is no rubbing whatsoever and the ride feels the same as when I was riding on stock wheels from what everyone has been telling me I was expecting the car to handle like crap but it must be the bilstein and eibach combination compensating

I will get some pics up tomorrow!

    looks cool!

those types of packages can make you wonder what everyone is always complaining about ride quality wise eh?

i'm sure that does handle and ride very appropriately for any normal driving use.

god damn, that the most gangster shit I have ever seen in my life! Are they staggered, or just 20 * 8.5? I am going to run 225/30/20 up front, is that what you are running?

haha thanks guys yeah that's it ocklasse 20's are def not for handling but it's still fine for everyday driving as expo was saying

they are 20x8.5 all around (only option with this wheel) on a 35 offset no spacers with 225/30/20 tyres and cruise control still works too lol

sorry to thread jack, but my i've got some problems inside the headlight cavity i need to get to but the previous owner sealed it with silicone. is there any particular way of removing the lens after it's siliconed?

hey I think some people put it in a warm oven so it melts and you can remove it but sometimes on the aftermarket lights inside there is other glue that holds pieces together so you don't those pieces falling off.. maybe you could try using a scalpel as silicone is pretty soft

the silicon should be easy enough to just peel off. You can try to use an exacto knife to get it going. as for you fogging lights. if it's not too much water try putting silica gel in the back housing of your headlights. It's those little pouch things that you find in like shoe boxes. It keeps moisture out. If you can't find that then there's this powder kind of thing that they sell at walgreens. It's used for damp rooms, what it does is just absorbs the water in the air. hopefully that works for you.

the style of the wheels, ehhh its alright, not something i would pick, but its not my car. what i think you need is the stock chrome trim around the car, maybe chrome mirrors, and chrome window surrounds like the jaguars have, now that would be baller. oohh and the chrome door handles, not the ebay things that go behind them, the oem ones, my car has them.

hey c280nz, it's been lowered on eibach prokit and bilstein sport shocks with +1 pads, can't go any lower at the moment because of insurance reasons, if they inspect the vehicle and it doesnt meet requirements they walk away and you pay all damages.

yeah bishop i'll give that a shot maybe before putting silicone again!

and jre, I guess it's hard to swallow in your area, there are different styles in aus most young guys like me with modified euro's are on 20's, I think they look fucking tough.

anf yeah that chrome trim for around the car was thinking about that but i am getting all the sides painted midnight blue when I get the brabus front and c36 rear done, will look cleaner!
