    bubbling of the engine paint

i recently had a CAI done on my car and since then i noticed the grey paint on the engine is getting small bubble like shapes...does that mean the engine is getting warmer and if so should i be concern about the grey paint and what it is doing? the paint i m talking about is on the top on the engine where the kompressor logo is (red) is this a common problem with this ? if the engine is getting this warm should i be concern about the block?

I have the same problem on my car, but, to my knowledge, it's been that way ever since I've been driving it (from 11,000 miles).
