    Talking Rear Emblem

    Hey guys i have a c230k sport 00" and i want a new rear emblem cause mines kind of looking old. I have been looking online and there are emblems for almost every model. I always thought that the emblem kit is universal. Well thats my question...do i have to find a emblem kit for my exact car? If so where can i get one besides the dealer? (just for clarification i am talking about the rear star emblem) Thanks

    Looking old?? Is it broken or just rusty looking? I am almost sure they go by the model of each vehicle. Some of those other star emblems are larger.... like on the old 300 turbo diesels....that star is huge!

    Ebay or a Euro junk yard is the only other place I can think of to get emblems for your car.

    just go to mercedes...i just replaced mine with a new one and cost me like 9 dollars...the reason i changed it is because i wanted to take the ring off and just have the star....

    Yea the second link you gave me is the one i was looking at, but it says that its for the 1997 model. I have a 2000. Do you think this matters??

    1997 is the updated model as is the 2000 model, so I'm pretty sure it will fit.

    that emblem is going to cost you over 17.00 dollars...its cheaper to buy in town ..like i said i paid 9 dollars and told them it was for my work and got dealer cost.

    I do this shit all the time, look in the phone book for a repair shop somewhere not really in delievery distance, and then remember the name of the biz. Then call benz and be like Hi this is Chris from___________ I need a ________ for a 19/20__ Benz C______. You'll get around 20% off plus tax free bit*hes lmao. Only do it for in stock parts!!!! they'll call the biz back for SO parts when they come in. I just do it normally for small shit like Bulbs, Filters, whatever
