I'm getting a set of European headlights that have the Vacuum adjusters. Does anyone have the PN for the vacuum headlight adjustment switch? Is this a Europe only Part?

The PN on one I have from the 80's (from a european W123) is 0008000773. On the back side is # 5LL003595-00 Hella 1
Don't know if that is a current PN now.
