new help replacing water pump

hey does anybody know what i have to remove in order to replace my water pump .. i got one screw out but the 3 other screws look very much impossible to remove and does anybody know the size allen key of the bolts that are holding the water pump...if anybody got a diagram of how to remove would be great... thanx guys
