Dash, center console lights are dead! help..

Hey guys I have a 00 c230k.
I have cluster problems where it sometimes everything on it doesnt work, the needles and digital display stops like a freeze frame. Now my center console lights and dash lights don't work when i turn on my headlights. I checked the fuses and they are all good. Is there a relay or something?

Also I put a new aftermarket radio.
I didnt cut any wire or use an adapter cause my radio has the same connector. My radio works perfectly and the lights were working great when I installed it a week ago.

Fixed it. By replacing the speedometer.
