    20x8 20x10 LEXANI W202

So I just got these wheels

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...vip=true&rt=nc

I am looking for tires and have narrowed it down to Direzza Dunlops or Vredestein Sessantas.

I am thinking about doing a drop probably 1.2 inches so stretching the tires will probably be necessary?

What does my cars shocks ride on stock? (c280 97)

Will I need to replace my shocks or can I drop springs in? and are coilovers worth it or should I just go with springs?

    The plan:
    225/35/20
    255/30/20

Does this set up sound good? any other suggestions?

+1. Even 19s is pushin it if you wanna lower it and not have it cambered out and tucked in. 18s are perfect.. But hey I hope it works out for you I guess you gotta try different things

Well since the OP stated he already bought these. There are a couple of people who have run 20s on 202's before it takes a little bit of fender rolling and shaving here and there.

roll your fenders. Lowered on 20s requires tuck so you need a roll or it wont fit. Also you will blow out stock shocks if you just lower on springs.
    Completely mad.

Yeah so basically I will have to try it since I already bought the wheels lol.
Ill probably just put the wheels on after i buy the tires probably direzzas.
Ill roll my fenders when the time comes but are coilovers worth it or should i just go with a spring and shock set up?

if you have the extra cash then go coil overs... but srping and shock set up is still a fraction of what coilovers cost..

if you got money to spend like that go bags. Its your best bet for drive-ability on 20s, But like Zmatt said DO NOT just throw springs in there you'll blow out your stock struts in a quickness. Which in turn will leave the ass end bouncing all over the place.
