    Wheel offsets

    Hey guys,

Im really sorry, I know there is a thread on this because i've seen it before but I can't for the life of me find it again!!

Just wondering what the deal is with offsets on our cars? Any help explaining which is best for them would be much appreciated as the time for buying some is coming soon!

    Thanks again in advance!

    Ed.

ET35 is OEM I believe. I spaced my 18" wheels out to ET29 front and ET31 rear with no problems. Lower profile tires are a must if you plan on using 18" wheels, spacing your wheels out far, and/or lowering your car.

Cheers bud, what does ET stand for? wheels Im looking at come with a + or a _ for positive or negative offset, how does this correlate to your ET? Wheels ive been after for a wheel were Enkeis' RPF1, in a 17 inch format running 215mm/ 8.5 tread, wondered if you knew the bolt pattern aswell haha?
