    I'm having hard shift issues occasionally on mine, and I'd like to correct it. If I can't I can live with it, but was curious. And are the 722.424 shifts controlled by the ECU?
    No, your shifts are vacuum/hydraulic powered

    Ok, found some info from Benz World, it's a little bit to read but might help.

    Down the bottom of the page is a download link for a diagram of the transmission control module(Bowden cable adjustment)
