illumination foil part numbers from w208 sill installation
I got this from MB installation instructions for w208 illuminated door sills.
The illumination foil is sold separately and is attached with adhesive tap to the new metal door sill panel during the install process. It comes prewired and with a connector.
The dealer told me $215 but I am not sure if this is for all 4 doors or one.
could possibly be adapted to w202 aftermarket sills (to match dash) or to convert oem sills to custom el sills?

found out that foil comes in pairs.
it sounds like that's just for the EL strip part of the sill and nothing else. If so, you could get a whole aftermarket sill and EL strip for less than that.
