Bekker Stereo Head Error Code???

So I had my stock head installed on my C36 and had it working w/ the Bose System and 6-Disc trunk changer perfectly for about a week. I couldn't find a bracket for my cd changer so I had a friend build one for me, meanwhile I was plugging and unplugging the changer pretty often and then... it started stuttering and now my head unit says; "E-06" Don't know what it means, I've tried everything from unplugging it a couple times to unplugging my head unit, etc... Took it to the dealership and they couldn't figure it out either. Anyone ever have this problem?

I got my cartridge out and found out what the error code means. Error code means that there's a cd stuck in the player. So I took the housing off and got the cartridge out, but I tried putting it back in and it won't eject. So that's my new problem. I also found out my head unit is Alpine and changer is Alpine too. So are there any cd changers that will work plug n' play w/ the stock head unit?
