    Suede on my door panels.. and its red!

    Well last week I covered sections on my door panels in red suede.. the pics arent the best.. but at least ya can see how they turned out...






    next is the headliner.. in black suede though.

    It's actually SUEDE.
    Don't want to offend any SWEDES ( swedish people ) here.
    Yes, I have a few mods, but they\'re so discrete, my wife hasn\'t noticed them.

    dang ive wanted to find a way to put red on the door and seats as well. looks sick. now i can show my friends what it would look like and they cant say shiet.

    and by the way, did you paint your interior trim? im playing around with gloss black right now.

    Did you also find a way to deactivate the side airbags? Or will the door panels just explode in a crash?

    nope base is power driver seat only. Hey you can get mbtex in a 202 as well.

    Yes it does have a chrome star in the middle.
    looks tight, love the red especially with Black. Are you goin to do the seats ?? anything else???
    The seat centres will be done also, as well as the headliner, seat centers in red suede, headliner in black suede.
    btw, nice door lock edging
    Thanks!!.. its only a carbon fiber vinyl though.. but I will do a laminate of real carbon fiber over it, as well as on the rest of the interior trim.

    No I didnt paint it, I covered it all in a carbon fiber print vinyl.

    The door panels are going to just explode in a crash.. but I hope to not be in any so I wont have to worry!!

    No... not yet. looks like it will be next year now. getting too late into the season over here, I still need a second set of bumpers for winter time too. Im not gonna be rollin in the winter with my Rieger kit on!!

    I have no need for power seats.. I set my seat position once and dont need to move it. plus Im going to be putting in some nice racing seats eventually.

    how much did this cost? and did you do it yourself or get someone to do it?

    Canadian spec W202 came with no power seat
    they came with power seats.. but on most of the W202 models it was an option.
