Anyone heard of Mahle oil filters?

Has any member used or heard of anything about Mahle oil
filters? They make an application for the 202 and I've never
    heard anything about them.

Mahle, Hengst & Knecht are OEM Mercedes oilfilters.
Yes, I have a few mods, but they\'re so discrete, my wife hasn\'t noticed them.

Hi. This is the first time I'm writing something here. My name is Alex, I'm from Germany. So please excuse my spelling.

Mahle oil filters are OEM, that's correct. Here in Germany, Mahle is famous for their pistons, it's the first choice when you build up an engine with performance parts.

They're famous here too, but it's mostly the porsche crowd that know the name.

...and they're AMG's piston supplier as well

Welcome to the club Alex! Enjoy your stay here. BTW, since you live so close to Affalterbach... have you visited lately?

Thank you guys for the "welcome".

    @ Renn208

Yes I've been to Affalterbach for visiting AMG 2 years ago. But I have a wonderful story for you from Affalterbach.

I think it was in march...I visited a friend near Affalterbach. We went to a party on saturday evening in Affalterbach. When the party was over, we decided to drive past the holy halls of Hans Werner Aufrecht's team. It was sunday morning, about 6 o'clock or something. And if you believe it or not, at the moment we arrived there, the gate opened and a CLK-GTR and one of the actual DTM C-Classes left the compound back to back without any numberplate. I stopped my ride and we both got out of the car. We were absolutely staggered! The two drivers looked at us and grinned. I shouted something like woooooooow and those two guys let the engines howl and made big black stripes on the ground. That was so amazing, it gives me the creeps still today when I think about it! I will never forget that scene!

I would have probably passed out if I had seen those two cars.

    mahle filters

OK, thanks for the thumbs up on these filters. If anyone wants
a deal act now. Go to Ebay and look them up. I just got 4 filters
with shipping for $29.99 USD. That's half of the wholesale price.
    Have at it.
