ecu problem? car wont start?

i put the ecu back in my car today because i had shipped it out to power chip to chip it and now my car wont start! its just cranks so i took out the battery thinking that that might be the problem but nothing. it does the say thing just cranks. what can be the problem?

Make sure everything is connected securely....it could be a loose connection between the wiring harness to the ECU.

I didn't have any problem after putting powerchip on my car (I did it twice.....)..

i did it over and over i never had a problem before, now this. i think they screwd up my ecu? maybe they have to put it on a computer and do some thing with the ecu? i dont know it just cranks i took out the battery again and nothing!

I have this same problem when I install a powerchip. Let me know if you find out anything.

fed ex banged up the box when they shiped it to my house so i called up power chip and i told them and they told me to mail it back, and they fixed it!
