i jost got the c36 back bumber but i think i need anothere peace so it can bolt on?my car is the 1996 c220 and now im stuck can some body help me please!!!!
A picture would help about where you think you have a missing piece.
If you still have your old bumper, many parts from it can fit the c36 one and should allow easy bolt on to your car.
However, please do give us more information for us to assist you with this.

ok in back of my new c36 bumber there is nothing there so i think im missing something because there is nothing for it to bolt on! in back of the bumber i think thats were the pice is missing i think its called reinforcenent bar?

ok my car now, i have the 2000 stock rear bumber because i had changed it. should i get the stock reinforcmet bar off the 1996 bumber and put it on or can i use the 2000 reinforcement bar? what do u think? and i apresheat it for your help!!!thank you!
I am not sure if they are interchangeable.
The best way, since you have the model updated bumper and C36 bumper cover is to pull it apart and test fit as pulling off the rear bumper is not that time consuming. And then report your findings back here to help others that may have the same situation as yourself.

The C36 rear bumper has a support that is C36 specific...the standard supports (pre or after modelupdate) don't fit.

ok today i have to go to the dealship and try to find that part i think its like 1000 dollars to much money! we have allreadt tried the 2000 reinfocement bar on the c36 bumber but it wont fit!

hi there guys i just got my car back from the shop and it looks sick!!! the pars that i need were like 6 little parts that made life so hard for me!! but it looks great and ill try to post some pics soon thank you for your help guys!!!
What were those little parts that you needed?
THE ONES THAT I REMBER WERE THE FOAM IN BACK OF THE BUMPER ETC..
