I agree...glossy black would look best on OEM calipers.

One of the images on the photo contest shows a black C43 with what looks like red brembo's...if you can get them to look like those...I would go with red.

i'm with them. black it out. doing bright red or yellow contrasts painfully against a black car, and can come off as kind pretentious.

I would suggest matching the caliper to the car. Black car, black calipers. Silver car, silver calipers.

    Red is for Porsches.

I agree...unless you're drawing attention to your Brembo's, paint them black.

Otherwise, they look kind of ricey.

i like red but not on a factory caliper! it has to be a huge caliper if you want to paint it silver, red or yellow!

Whatever YOU think would look best

Just be sure to clean the heck out of the calipars, mask off any rubber, and mask the disk. Paint on disks isn't the best for your brake pads heh. Oh and use the spray type, the brush on looks like crap. Good luck!

    Be yourself

Customizing your car reflects your tastes, I have also asked opinions but if you want yellow go yellow. The brush on kit by
Foliatech is the way to go. Follow the instruction perfectly and they will look great. Put the car on a lift, pull all the wheels, prep all the calipers and then paint all of them in one session. Allow to dry overnight. If you skip steps it will show.
I do agree that painting factory calipers that are not AMG might
not look right, then I would go subtle like black or silver. If you've got nice brakes it's fine to show them off a little.
Post pics if you do yellow, I'm sure everyone would love to see it.
