    crystal clear headlights

    hey

was just wondering about all the crystal clear headlights on ebay.

Some are 4 and some are 6 pin connectors? How do you know which connector you have? I took the lights out ages ago to paint the plastic but can't remember

Most of the auctions say that they are not directional? But if you buy the vacuum pump you can use the directional function?

So what they are saying is that when you put the lights in it doesn't have a vacuum to direct the lights from the inside console from 0 1 2 etc? But considering our standard lights have the directional function is it simply taking the vacuum off standard and putting it on aftermarket crystal lights?

And also I don't really know if these lights will be legal in australia but I am guessing they will be, only reason I care is that if the car gets totaled and they maybe pick up on the lights and my policy gets thrown in the bin.

i bought a set of glass euro headlight assemblies from a place on ebay. they were 6 pin connectors but my original headlights were only 4 pins connectors. the guy in the auction stated he would include the adapters to convert these. its a plug and play adapter (no cutting, etc...). i've had these on my car now since last summer and i love them. my advice would be to keep on searching for a ebayer who includes the connectors (they are out there).

i just adjust mine with the 2 knobs on the headlights (vertical & horizontal) just like my oem were to be adjusted on my 95'
