Sometimes when my car sits at the stop light it goes form 600-1200rpm, then it stops, later on does the same thing again...sometimes it does it with or with out ac...i pulled the codes and nothing

That happened to me too. I found the problem to be a vacuum leak in the intake cross-over tube, specifically the PCV fitting grommet underneath the tube. Or, as J Irwan said, it might be the MAS.
