Minichamps made them in 1/43 and 1/18 scale, you can still find them on occassion on ebay. I have a bit of an addiction problem with 1/43 models, I have about a dozen W202 DTM models.

Expect to pay about $20ea for 1/43 and up to $100 for 1/18 on ebay.
