*help* where to buy ECU cheap?

As topic, my ECU in my car is totally messing everything up.

Just wondering if anyone know any sources in getting a brand new ECU?

assuming you have a regular W202, you can try contacting local junk yards. I would think finding a salvage car and then get the ECU should not be too much problem.

You may not be able to get a brand new one. I have been told Atlanta dealers are putting in refurbished ones now and charging $1099 plus a $190 core charge. I believe you can still send your old one to BBA and they will rebuild it.
