heres a few pics for the peps round here (23k ahem)

the build is coming along heres a run down ive were im up to and what ive done.
-parts

stainless 6>1 manifold,
t3/t4 internally gated turbo,
greedy emanage piggyback ecu
310cc injectors
innovative lc1 wideband o2 sensor for tuning
boost guage
blitz blow off valve
front mount intercooler (been cut and modified to fit)
boost piping 2" from turbo to intercooler and then 2 1/2" from intercooler to plenum.
Exhaust system: 2 1/2" down pipe going to a 3" exhaust thru a 3" center muffler, then splits into two 2 1/4" pipes under the diff area (to keep it tucked up for ground clearance) into a twin rear muffler.
factory manual transmission fitted with a light weight single mass flywheel with a new solid center clutch, which appears to be getting the power to the ground at the moment
lower ratio rear diff 3.27.

standard internals (i have a spare m104 engine and plan on testing this one to the limit)
currently running it at about 7psi and are planning to turn it up to 10+ psi soon but i need more fuel, its currently running leaner than i like up top at 7psi, im going to either go for a higher fuel pressure regulator or bigger injectors (or maby both) for higher boost

running pritty sweet on 7psi and pulling reasonably well, lights up the 265s in first gear just under acceleration in the dry and chirps and wiggles around a bit when i grab second.

so to the pics:

yes i know its dirty and has black fuel smoke around the rear bumper from when ive been tuning it and running to rich, but hey ive cleaned it since the photo shoot if that makes it ok :D

Hey,looking really good,Totally awsum to finally see what you've been upto man !!!

yes i know its dirty and has black fuel smoke around the rear bumper from when ive been tuning it and running to rich, but hey ive cleaned it since the photo shoot if that makes it ok

So you have been doing on road tuning the whole time?...as in running the innovative recorder and using the playback to change the A/F on the Greddy ecu?

Even at 7psi it must be making a huge difference to performance?.
Hows the boost responce in the low rpm range?

thanks yusuke280 and 515
il try and get some videos and put them on youtube,
its hard to drift and video at the same time so il have to
co-ordinate a passanger for the videoing,
and yes it does step out nicely

remo thats just how we roll on this side of the world :)

im hoping for 300hp+ there d-money,

thanks slammed_c
its a pain in the ass with the rear wheels im running as when i boot it the ass drops and the rear wheels rub, so next time i mite go for 255s
it sounds nice spooling and sortof whistles when its coming on.

omey... i know i know ;)

and to u last paul:
yes i have been doing on road tuning myself the whole time, and have learnt alot along the way with alot of problem solving/ modifing as needed etc.
i didnt want to send it into a shop and it is yet to see a shop or dyno... maby one day.

i want to put my wideband feed straight into the greddy but have to buy an extra little wiring loom and havent got round to it yet, so what i do is take someone with me to help watch the guages, and greddy readouts and sortof tune on the run if u get me,
(its made for a few very high speed runs  )

everyone else i know thinks it goes hard at 7psi, not well enuf for me tho ;)

woowwww,
that's wicked man..should be seeing loads of horse on those 265 tyres ay :D

anywayz, are 310CC injectors good for a 10psi job? from my experience, i doubt it, to make the engine last i would suggested that you should look around for 400+cc injectors, just to be on the safe side.

glad to see another right-hander turboed w202 :D

btw, where did u get the single mass flywheel? custom?

yea im looking for some 440cc on ebay.
and also looking at a fuel pressure regulator.
custom made flywheel

I got my Accel injectors from Jegs, they were almost a perfect fit, I highly recommend them.

Nice set up, man!

One suggestion, though. Get some shielding around the hot section of the turbo, it's sitting way too close to your water bottle. It's going to transfer heat to your cooling system at the least or melt the bottle and release all your coolant at the most.

haha ohh, im already on my second bottle, which i built a heat sheild for :p
