Will a 97 S class steering wheel fit a 97 w 202 ??

Yes, but it depends upon what type of airbag (sport or non sport) of if your just swapping the entire wheel/airbag, then you will have no worries.

FWIW; The 92-97 wheels/airbags were all interchangable (except for the sportlines which used a different airbag) the wheel/airbag design changed in 98, so 98-99 stuff was interchangable. You could of course put a 98 wheel in a 92 vehicle, but you would need the matching 98 airbag.

I put a 99 CLK55 wheel on my W201 and matched it to a 98 C43 airbag. On my 500E, I installed a 92 S class wheel and a airbag from a 95 E420.

Its interchangable between all classes? So if i had a 2001 CLK Steering wheel with an airbag i can bolt it on to my 94 202?
