Those are the C36 calipers from a 96/97 (sl600). cant tell how similar they are, but maybe you can find some more pics of the S600 ones and cross reference...
As the title says will the larger W140 s500/ s600 4 piston brake calipers fit or is it possible to fit them to a w202 ? has anyone ever came across this swap. Heard of this swap ? have pics or write up possibly ?

You'll need the caliper anchor and a matching rotor to see if it'll truly bolt-on.

is that the part number to the face of the caliper in the picture you have posted ? I think im going to just grab the calipers and rotors and see if it will bolt up and if so then purchase better rotors , rebuild the calipers and paint them.
Is the caliper anchor part of the hub assembly ? And of course will need new rotors as the ones on the w140 look way larger than mine. But how do i know weather or not they will work entirely? if they bolt up and fit. Will my brake booster , ABS, and all the brake system components work with them as well ? Given that I have a 96 and most the w140s in the yard are 95-97 it seems like. it should be almost a direct swap if not one already.

Constintin, there is a little more to it then that. You have to worry about caliper offset, caliper radial mount height, and rotor width & offset. There is also brake bias front to rear and you will throw off your braking combo vlave proportion front and rear. The car is designed with a balnced setup. You also need to deal with the master cylinder volume that needs increasing with the larger volume calipers. More fuild volume in the caliper means more fluid volume in the MC that needs to be pushed or else you have a longer traveling brake pedal and possible unwanted low brake fluid light as a result of that longer travel.
Just food for thought and things to look out for.

SD its not the PN# i believe its the piston sizes in mm if i remember correctly. i'm not sure if the C36 has a bigger brake booster ect. or not. Maybe a little bit of research will give you the answer. though there isnt too much known about the braking system of the C36.... AMG basically put whatever they had laying aroung on the cars. Took me 2 weeks to find the rear brake pins..at $8 a piece for 4![]()

Those do NOT directly bolt up.
They look to me like they will bolt up to the spindle without modification, its more of an issue of if the rotor will fit also (inner and outer bearing sets) and what final hub face offset will be compared to the stock configuration. I am willing to bet the caliper AND rottor combo together will in fact bolt up since they would be the same width and radial mount hieght.
I have done alot of internet checking on pictures that appear on parts wwebsites to have the same mount lug spacing whereas these and the stock calipers look very simular in offset and spead. these look to have longer lugs for the larger rotors.- but this is merely an observation that I will need to buy a few parts to check actual fitment when I am ready for that.
I am curious if there is any other known fitment upgrade without machining parts?
I have done a few very wild things with aftermarket brake setups on cars ( track built street cars that is). I would not plan to go so expensive for fancy with this daily driver other than a simple bolt on upgrade if possible. Here is an example of a setup I built for m old Camaro where I went from a single piston 10.5x1.0 rotor to an elaborate 6 piston radial mount 13.06x1.25 setup. I used to have access to a bridgeport CNC machine where I made everything myself- but no longer have access to that![]()

I have ran across this situation, I was handed down a pair of 95' S500 W140 calipers and I ran home jolly to find out bloody things are no where near possible to bolt to the spindle.
