it will bolt on no problem those sizes are perfect fit for W202. However the hub bore is 66.65 so you might need to buy some hub rings so that fitting them and installing them centered on the car is much easier. Also keep in mind the seat of the lugs. if they are ball seat retain factory hardware. if the wheels are aftermarket cone seat you will need to purchase some cone seat lugbolts. I have converted my 202 to studs making it much easier to switch wheels and spacer size as well as go from ball seat to cone seat without searching for the correct length bolts.
